Monday afternoon...

Just the best afternoon... learning to play Pool (Billiards?) whilst listening to Phil Collins.  Brilliant CD collection, courtesy largely of the Daily Express, it seems!  Phil was a great accompaniment! To be honest, I think we made up our own rules.  If anyone has a simple version of what you're supposed to do, that would be very helpful!

We did a walk around the lake and so can now identify our house from a distance. ours is the one with a model sail boat in the top window - you probably can't see it in the photo though.  A nice jogging route around the lake Sarah with a pretend beach and an obstacle course play park. I think you'd need to go round twice for the full effect.  (the lake not the play park!)

This is actually signposted 'to the beach'!  Can you spot it?

And, as you can see the bird hotel is filling up nicely this evening.  Sarah - could you bring me some binoculars when you come, so I can see these guys up close!

 



 



We've spent the evening watching back-to-back Seinfeld and Parks and Recreation - is that a bad thing to do on holiday?
