We are in awe of the organisation and military style precision that goes in to organising a successful day out in a theme park - the world of Fast Passes and timed entry is a mystery to us, we'd just rock up and see what's doing.... we now know we would have the worst day out!
Even a trip to local shops defeated us yesterday - we learned that you deffo don't do that on a Saturday down here - EVERYONE is doing their shopping!
We did our bit to fortify the intrepid adventurers with a visit to possibly the worst Pizza Hut in town, but they did surprisingly good pizzas including a gluten free one for me.
.
Today we promised ourselves we'd do some domestic chores when the sun went in.... unusually that didn't happen until about 4pm, so we squeezed everything into an hour at the end of the day. John di the ironing in the games room listening to the Daily Mail Drive Time CD - great tunes! We returned to the pool for some 'keepy uppy' practice with Nathaniel and Summer. We've threatened them with Becky's arrival tomorrow and the fact that she is an expert (based on skills demonstrated in Turkey!). We are particularly hopeless but it's a really good way of exhausting everyone!
You can't beat being in the pool in the pouring warm rain - I love it!
Tomorrow's a lie in day, so I get to cook breakfast! Looking forward to welcoming Becky in the evening - another opportunity to perfect my route to the airport and the right terminal!
